Rice cheese

I have just learned of a rice cheese that is free of the top 6 allergens (including soy and milk!) so I thought I would pass along the info to everyone. Here is the website's address: http://www.galaxyfoods.com/ourbrands/usa/rice.asp

CAUTION: Some of their products contain milk - look for the vegan, soy-free, casein-free!! And , as always, check the labels on each!

I also have a pdf of the order form, which I will share if I can figure out how to put it in the blog. OR, perhaps those of you who are interested in it can ask your local stores (i.e., Earthfare, Publix, etc) if they will start carrying it... then you will all be able to get it locally!
