A local family found a flour that is not only free of the top 6 allergens but also processed "cleanly" (without possible contamination from allergens during processing). Here is the info:

NOTE: The pizza mix DOES contain allergens (milk, egg); both pizza mix and the seasoned flour contain small amount of soy oil, which, as the website says, should be free of the soy allergen (protein); however, your child's diet may require elimination of this too, so discuss with your provider.

Yes,it is only the flour mix that seems to be completely allergen free. It is the only product I have found so far that seems to meet the dietary requirements as well as being processed away from other allergens. At least that is what they told me when I called and discussed their processing at length...but of course they could tell you what you want to hear. I have enjoyed using the product so far. I'm still getting used to using it as it does not "operate" like flours I am accustomed to.
